Our U.S.C.G. licensed captain is a veteran, with years of seagoing experience in all the world's oceans. His overall knowledge and experience with yachts and boating began when he was six years old. He is a consummate professional in every aspect of the marine profession.
Captain Alex served 27 Years in the US Navy and was Captain on three Navy warships. Additionally, he commanded Fast Patrol Craft (PCF-SWIFT Boats) in the rivers of the Mekong Delta, Vietnam. The captain has been living his dream of operating his own charter vessel and sharing his love of the sea since he retired from the Navy. His highest military decorations are the Silver Star Medal, The Defense Superior Service Medal, and the Purple Heart Medal for wounds received in combat action.
He is known for his live trumpeting, too. It is his signature item on all of his charters. Some of his selections include: "Here Comes the Bride," TAPS, blues, jamming, fanfares, and much more. Captain Alex ensures nothing less than the very highest in standards of excellence.
